I called them up on a Tuesday and they'd caught the raccoon by Wednesday night. It turned out to be a mother with a bunch of little babies, that they took out of the attic by hand. Once they were all out, they sealed everything up nice and tight and gave me a written guarantee that I'd stay animal free. "We never had any problems when we moved here in our new house until recently we were disturbed by some strange noises from the attic. I rarely go there so I thought that it must be just rats until my husband told me that there were raccoons up there and making quite a mess. "TriState Wildlife is fantastic at what they do! I called them late one night when I heard strange noises in the attic. Based on my description alone, they were able to tell that it was raccoons. They eased my worry by telling me that we were safe for the night and they could come first thing in the morning to inspect everything. They showed up nice and early, checked out the attic and set raccoon traps on the roof. By the following day, they'd trapped the mother raccoon and later pulled 5 adorable baby raccoons from the attic. They sealed up a few holes and screened the attic vents, assuring me that I wouldn't have anymore animals getting in again. Their prices seemed very reasonable and the service was outstanding. "I woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of raccoons crying in my ceiling and I thought for sure I must still be dreaming. When the crying didn't stop, I definitely started getting worried. I called the local police, who told me they didn't have animal control, but gave me the number to TriState Wildlife. I called them without even thinking about the time, but they answered right away and walked me through the problem. They explained how the raccoons might have gotten inside the attic to give birth, and if the crying didn't stop by morning, it may mean that the mother died while she was out finding food. They were just as concerned about the little babies as I was. They agreed to push their schedule around so that they could come first thing in the morning.
The babies were still crying when they got here, which hadn't been great for my sleep, but I really didn't mind. There's no way to get into my attic, so they had to cut a small hole in the ceiling to reach them. They pulled out four adorable babies that looked like they hadn't eaten in days. After closing up the hole in the ceiling, they let me watch them feed the babies formula from an eyedropper. It was one of the cutest things I've ever seen!
They checked my whole roof line and closed up all of the holes that they found. They even raccoon proofed my chimney, just so that I wouldn't have to worry about it in the future. They were kind and professional and really seemed to take pride in their work. I was really happy that they were the ones to come help me."

"When we heard strange animal noises in the chimney, we immediately called TriState Wildlife. They helped us when a skunk fell down our basement window well a couple of years ago and we hadn't forgotten them. We were really impressed by their professionalism back then and they were just as fantastic this time around. They arrived first thing in the morning to assess the situation and had traps set on the roof within an hour.
They were back again the following morning to pick up the trapped raccoon and remove the babies from the chimney. It was incredible to watch them pull out one little baby after another out of our fire place! They even let us all watch as they put the babies into the mothers cage, before taking them all to a raccoon rehabilitator. Our children were absolutely mesmerized! "TriState Wildlife did a fantastic job removing the raccoons from my family's attic! I heard about their company last year when my sister had raccoons living under her porch.
