I highly recommend this company if you've got animal problems. We had squirrels living in our attic. They were chewing everything, making noise all day long, and destroying our insulation. TriState came out the same day we called. They humanely trapped the squirrels and repaired all the damage they caused. 5 star service!
We highly recommend TriState Wildlife. They were courteous and very professional. They trapped away the family of Raccoons living under our porch within a week. We had them go ahead and animal proof our porch, and it's been secure ever since. We saw a groundhog try to get under there afterward, but it hit the wire and gave up. It was pretty cool to see! Great work!
I rarely give 5 stars, but TriState Wildlife deserves it. After calling around, we decided to give them a shot. I'm so glad we did! When I called for a Raccoon problem, they guy reassured me that he wasn't just a hitman, but that he actually cared about the raccoons welfare. Part of the job was fixing our house, so they couldn't get back in. He was at my house within 48 hours and was prompt, professional, low-pressure, and just an all-around nice guy!
Our attic was infested with Squirrels that ruined our insulation. TriState Wildlife came by and inspected the whole house, inside and out. They were brave enough to go right into the attic, and even put up ladders to check behind the gutters, taking pictures the whole time to show us. By the end of the inspection, Kris was able to explain exactly how the squirrels were getting in and all the vulnerable points around the roof.
Their price seemed reasonable for the amount of work needed and their level of professionalism. From squirrel trapping and seal up, to the attic restoration, the whole project took about two weeks. When they were finished, every squirrel was gone and so was every trace they'd ever been here. We couldn't be more pleased!We found out we were running a bed and breakfast for squirrels in our attic! You were the nicest wildlife guy we talked to, and your prices seemed really reasonable. We were also really impressed the professionalism and expertise your team demonstrated. Great job!
I've never been more scared in all my life! I woke up in the middle of the night with a bat crawling around the covers. My husband and I hid in the bathroom, and found Tristate wildlife's emergency service online. Kris was able to calm my husband and I down over the phone, and got to our house within the hour. He caught the bat and prepared it for testing. We got a call from the department of health two days later, letting us know the rabies test was negative, Thank God! We're both so grateful for all their help.
